• We’ll map out a holistic professional development plan to identify what’s next for you.
• By “holistic” I mean that we’ll break everything down into 5 buckets that I leverage to evaluate personal and professional well-being.
• We’ll figure out the gaps between where you are now and where you want to be. So that by the end, you’ll feel aligned with what you’ve articulated for yourself: professionally, financially, socially, spiritually and physically.
• Then, we’ll map out your intentional strategy. We’ll set goals and action steps for each bucket so that by the end of our time together, you feel challenged, fulfilled and balanced in all five areas.

  • Sunday evenings from 7 - 8:30 PM ET - every 2-3 weeks
  • Group Sessions are conducted via zoom & recorded if missed
